Review of year

so my review for this year so far. I have had very little time to be as creative as i could possible be, had a rough year personaly and adapting to all the changes has made me physicly ill. im settling in now i think and i becomeing a ot more comfortable with my surroundings and im now slipping into a routeen. i believe the lectures for images and things arent as relevant to the course as they could be, creative methodology lectures are fun and extremly rewarding, i learn the most in Hazels lectures as she can relate to the class and teach in a creative way that i can understand. I am not to happy with the support for my Dyslexia i struggle a lot and i hope to get it sorted out soon enough, although Helen Bowman is most helpful i dont wish to bother her as she has enouhg on her plate with student who have servere issues with dyslexia as mine is only borderlinei can keep my head above water for now without help.
I think i would lean more and it would help if we were given exaples of certain things like how to write blogs or how to right a review such as this one. Im not a comfident writer and tend to waffle on, if i was given guidelines or questions to answer this would help me produce work that is relative, but then again we are in university and not suppost to be spoon fed these things, i just guess it woud be easier as lectures and meetings a lot is said haveing a sheet to take away is a reminder of what to do.

my eperiments over this year have been a number of sucesses and have lead on from each otehr creating a stable but minimul body of work, i believe i need to concentrate more on my creative studies now that i have settle and the essay deadline isnt for a while. im being more creative at home now and getting my head down becoming more organised. this will help me produce a larger quantity of work. Im moveing on from my food project into a collarge project, which will help motivate an ethuse me to produce lots of fresh and new ideas.

I have enjoyed this year so far and believe now m more settled into my surrundings its a new year and a fresh start i can concentraite more and produce more work. I need to brush up a lot on spelling this year also its worrying me to think of loosein marks over things i can not help.

My aim is to be more focused prepare and creative this term nad throughout hte years and not to slip back into old habbits.

Journal hand in day today

so its hand in day today and ive decided t re read my blog and see if there could be anything i may of missed out so i can fill it in today before hand in so it will be a full catch up.
ive talked about how my food project is going and what i plan to do in future projects being my colarge project (please mind the spelling mistakes =[ ).
ive talked about my Da Vinci work and what i designed and also uploaded images as well.
I decided today would be a good day to produse one last blog entry before hand in as i could then ask friend in the ourse about certain things i didnt understand. for example teh review of the year, i thought that this was writen by the tutor being a review but have been told its one we have to write, im also confused as to what we have to write about and worried that mine wil be a complete fail =[. is the review of year to be posted as a blog???? promis to self even if ill and feel like death attend all lectures!! (unless criticly ill or have developed some crazy impossible illness like scurvey.)if its contagouse is now my ownly excuse for staying off.<

work  i have missed out in posts:
there is only one and that is that im producing an art diary and every other day im going to keep up a scrpabook of sketches drawings and creative studys so i can see my progres throughout the year creatively im doing this every other week as there arent enough pages to fill in one for each day of the year.

da vinci MOSI

a rough sketch design of mine as well as the rest of the class is on display at MOSI. my design was based around a scoober suit that did not have a oxygen tank. the basic idea was for the suit to oxidize the water and use that to help the scoober diver survive under water

issues with logging in over the past few months. so here is a full update so far.

Due to technical difficulties i have had a lot of issues with logging into blogger. i have finaly soved the problem and i am now finaly after a long time logged in =D.
well over the past months i havent produced much work due to essay deadlines and getting settled into university life, but the work i have produced has been experimental work for the ongoing food project. At the momant i havent found much inspiration relating to the present project, which is my own fault for not finding soemthing that would help to motivate me in the project.
so far in my food project i have mainly experimented on how food can be used in art, i looked into useing colours of food and how they were used in the makeup industry also i looked into how food was used as makeup and gatehred images which i will later on experiment with myself useing items such as chocolate sprinkles and other sweets or food substances.

Last term we had our table exhibition, it was great to actualy see a lot of our students attending class in the studio and to see work that they ahve produced, it felt more homely and welcome to have us alltogether =] just ashame that this isnt a common thing it seems almost like the class is only brought together on special occassions, through open days and visits to the interactive arts department seeing past years and how they were brought together makeing the studio a home was one of the reasons why i chose the course, the inspirationa nd teh ideas bouncing off each other was amazing but now i seem to just be sat in a room with about 5 or 6 other students from all 3 years on a good day surrounded by emmpty spaces and white walls its not a very inspirational and motivating space to work in and most of the times put me off  comign in it doesnt seem like a very happy place to be which i find upsetting to say =[. 
 still on the subject of our table exhibition i had created a number of chocolate portraits as i need to improve my drawing skills when it comesto drawing faces. Also i created 2 canvases of faceial features useing body chocolate, makeup and cake decorating sprinkles.

After my  tutorial with hazel i have decided to go off at a tangent for my food project and concentrate more on my collarge work that i produced for the link gallery exhibition useing the morphological anaylsis technique i have starting points and places i could go with certain objects and materials and i believe i have found a subject that will change and keep up with me, as i do get bored of the same thing easybut with this i can change and adapt things to my likeing.
